The materials we use include PVC Polyester, Canvas, Polyethylene, and performance fabrics such as Top Gun, Acrylic Canvas and Nylon. Manufacture can include accessories such as foam, webbing, buckles, eyelets, velcro etc. Our machinery includes a variety of single needle, double needle and computerised pattern sewing machines as well as a number of PVC welding machines, including a state of the art Computerised Track Welder.
We also provide other services such as a fitting service for domestic curtain eyelets, padding for equine operating stables and crowd barriers for restaurants.
